Giovanni Desimone was a mid-century Italian potter born in Palermo, Italy. His works are heavily influenced by the Cubist and Primitivist movements led by the works of Pablo Picasso. Desimone’s pottery is distinctive for its use of color and exaggerated brush strokes.
